

Palate Development
Students will enhance their palate by tasting and learning to distinguish different notes. We will apply all those flavors to tasting coffee and looking for the nuances based on the terroir of the origin.
There will be a mini blind triangulation to finish the course where we will try to seek out which coffee is different in the groups I provide ( based on what we are tasting).
We will focus on Spices.
