Home Brewing

Have you ever wanted to get your home-brewing game to coffee shop level? This class will focus on distinct manual brewing methods that are common to both a coffee shop environment and at home brewing. With these two brewing methods, students will gain an understanding of brewing, recipes, and what variables to adjust in order to brew a cup. Classes start promptly at 7 p.m. and run approximately an hour to an hour and a half.
