Home Brewing

Have you wanted to get your home-brewing game to coffee shop level? This class will focus on distinct manual brewing methods that are common to both a coffee shop environment and at home. Students will gain an understanding of brewing, recipes, and what variables to adjust in order to brew a perfectly extracted cup of coffee. Classes start promptly at 7 p.m. and run approximately an hour to an hour and a half.
