Participants will take part in a lengthy tea ceremony in our backyard. We will be explaining the importance in the terroir of each tea, the farm "garden" conditions, and the preparation methods-including how this affects the tasting notes.
There will be two types of teas that will take up a majority of the ceremony. We will end with a mocktail using one of the teas from the first part. Tea is a very complex product with a versatility vast enough to compliment other foods.
Make note that this will be outside.
