Students in this course will get a fundamental understanding of milk steaming techniques and basic pouring fundamentals. By focusing on quality milk practices, participants will get a clear understanding of milk's relationship with espresso and its role in creating the espresso-based drinks that we know and love. By the end of the course, participants will know what it takes to top off that cappuccino with the perfect heart for that special someone! Espresso 1 is highly recommended before taking this course. Classes start promptly at 6 p.m. and run approximately an hour to an hour and a half.
